Busser Stocker - Room Service
About The Position
Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the IRD area, including all tables and trays. Restocks the In- room dining area and side stations with tableware, flatware, utensils, condiments and linen. Always maintain adequate supplies in the side station when the venue is open. Complete opening and closing side duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Stock ice and paper supplies Monitor cleanliness of guest floor corridors and clears floor of all table and trays Retrieve tables/ trays from guest floor corridors always taking guest safety into account Breakdown all dirty trays & carts (organized by trash, china, glass and silverware) Maintain par stocks of food (condiments etc.), china, glassware and silverware in the BOH on daily basis Restock refrigerators & freezers in work area daily Complete weekly clean schedule of IRD equipment Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift. Notify management of any maintenance repair issues Complete any additional reasonable requests by management Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations. Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values. Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum six (6) months of related experience preferred
- Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
