Requirements

Hospitality-oriented.
Ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Technical knowledge and experience in food and beverages.
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).

Responsibilities

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs of guests, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of restaurant areas while supporting restaurant staff and kitchen team to provide exceptional service to our guests.
Clear and reset tables quickly to ensure efficient rotation and cleanliness.
Support servers by delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to table areas and assisting with any additional guest requests.
Ensure all necessary supplies, such as utensils, napkins, and condiments, are stocked and available for guests and staff.
Perform regular cleaning tasks in dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and other surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors.
Assist kitchen staff with tasks such as carrying food orders, organizing dishware, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Anticipate and communicate restocking needs.
At the end of each closing shift, ensure all items and storage areas are secured.
Complete closing tasks.
Prepare a daily shopping list to maintain a healthy inventory level as directed by the manager.
Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to achieve common goals.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
