About The Position

Maui Brewing Co. Kihei is looking for a top-notch Busser/Runner to join their craft 'ohana. This role involves overseeing food and drink delivery, maintaining table cleanliness and setup, ensuring compliance with responsible alcohol service guidelines and local liquor laws, supporting the service and bartending team, and following all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Some experience in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment preferred
• Personable, gets along great with others and knows how to be a team player
• Weekend availability (Friday - Sunday)
• TB clearance is necessary upon being hired

Responsibilities

• Oversee food and drink delivery
• Maintain table cleanliness and setup
• Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws
• Support the service and bartending team with various tasks.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines
