About The Position

This role is about ensuring our Players have an awesome experience by efficiently delivering food and drinks, maintaining clean and stocked service areas, and supporting the team wherever needed. You will also be responsible for upholding Topgolf's commitment to safety, sanitation, and core values, contributing to a fun and exceptional environment for both players and fellow team members.

Lift and Move Things: You’ll be handling items up to 50 lbs., including transporting food trays and up and down different elevations and stairs.
Comfort with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying is essential.
Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, so a love for walking throughout your shift.
Constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities.
A can-do attitude is essential!
Endurance: Whether it’s a long shift or tackling a task that takes time, we’re looking for someone who can keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment.

Responsibilities

Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, making sure every Player has what they need for an awesome experience.
Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
Bus bays and tables.
Fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
Jump in to support the team where needed—whether that’s restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean.
Stick to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the work area clean, safe, and compliant.
