About The Position

We're looking for a dependable and energetic Busser/Dishwasher to join our team at San Antonio Winery in Los Angeles! In this role, you'll help keep the restaurant running smoothly by clearing and resetting tables, assisting with guest needs, washing dishes and kitchen equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized dining and kitchen area.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Previous restaurant, dishwashing, bussing, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables after guests are finished dining.
  • Wiping up spills, food stains, and debris from tables and dining areas.
  • Straightening tablecloths and replacing soiled linens as needed.
  • Resetting tables with clean silverware, glassware, and place settings.
  • Refilling napkins, condiments, and other table supplies.
  • Refilling guest water glasses when needed.
  • Assisting with food running when servers are busy.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the dining room throughout service and at closing.
  • Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing machines and/or manual washing procedures.
  • Sorting, scraping, and rinsing dishes before loading them into the dishwasher.
  • Properly storing clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in designated areas.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station and kitchen work areas.
  • Removing trash and recycling and keeping waste disposal areas clean.
  • Following all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
  • Assisting with general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and closing procedures.
