About The Position

The Embassy Suites by Hilton South Bend at Notre Dame is looking for a Busperson (Part time, PM) to join their team! This hotel features 164 guest rooms and 10,400+ square feet of event space. Requirements

• Must be able to work 5pm - 12am along with weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
• Remove dishware, glassware, and silverware at the end of meal service and deliver them to the dishwashing area for cleaning
• Make sure the service stations are always fully stocked, clean, and ready for service
• Assist servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed
• Clear and reset tables with clean serviceware to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
