Busperson/Runner - Gymkhana - Aria
About The Position
As a Busperson/Runner at Gymkhana, you will be essential to creating an exceptional dining experience that reflects the vibrant energy and rich flavors of Indian cuisine. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a clean and inviting dining area, ensuring that tables are pristine and well-prepared for guests eager to savor our diverse menu. In this role, you will swiftly remove dirty dishes and debris, all while ensuring your section is stocked with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments that enhance every meal. Your collaboration with Food Servers will be key, as you seamlessly assist in the timely delivery of dishes, allowing guests to experience our tandoor-grilled specialties and aromatic biryanis without delay.
Requirements
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- 1+ Years of Prior relevant experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
- Clean and sanitize all equipment
- Keep floors free of debris and spills
- Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property
- Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
- Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
- Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom
- Assist with proper stock rotation
- Run food as required by the Department
