About The Position
As a Busperson at CATCH in Aria, you will be an essential part of our vibrant dining experience, known as the go-to destination for celebrities and food enthusiasts alike. With epic renditions of Asian-influenced sushi, seafood, and steak, CATCH isn’t just a place to eat; it’s where memorable moments happen, and you’ll help set the stage for that. In this critical role, you’ll maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entire restaurant, including the bustling dining room, storerooms, food pickup area, and beverage station. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to upholding our established cleanliness and stock standards will support our team in delivering the exceptional service our guests expect.
Requirements
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Nice To Haves
- 1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred
Responsibilities
- Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
- Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
- Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
- Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
- Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
- Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
- Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
