About The Position

Behind every great dining experience is a strong support team. As a Busperson/Food Runner, you play a vital role in keeping service running smoothly by supporting servers, maintaining clean and well-stocked service areas, and ensuring food is delivered promptly and accurately. Your attention to detail helps create a seamless experience for both guests and teammates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree GED.
• The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Follow instructions without close supervision.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
• TAM Card (Alcohol Awareness Training).
• Food Handler Safety Training Card (Health Card).

Responsibilities

• Set, clear, and reset tables according to service standards.
• Clean and restock buffet lines and service ware as prescribed.
• Stock all service stations and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
• Clear dirty table settings and transport tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and floors between seatings.
• Assist food servers with table service and food delivery, especially during peak periods and large parties.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate needs to servers as required.
• Coordinate with servers and host/hostess to ensure efficient seating, table utilization, and guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned public and service areas.
• Follow all company safety, security, and sanitation policies; report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; and complete required safety training and certifications.
