Requirements
- Ability to speak, write and read in English.
- 6 months customer service experience.
- 6 moths food and beverage knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Must have basic knowledge on food and beverage preparations, service standards, Hilton quality assurance standards, guest relations etiquette.
- Knowledge of the appropriate table settings, service ware and menu items
- Ability to read, speak and write the English language in order to communicate with guest
- Ability to grasp, lift, carry or otherwise transport up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis
- Ability to move or push goods on hand cart weighing up to 100 or more lbs.
- Ability to operate coffee brewers, tea brewers, panini pressers and toast equipment
