About The Position

The Intern supports the Consulting team in general operations, data analysis and modeling related to RKL’s clients’ more challenging financial management needs. The Intern is paired with a Consultant matching their skills and expertise, however will be participating in consulting engagements of various focus areas and industries.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Desire to pursue the CPA designation and a career in professional services/public accounting
Excellent communication and analytical skills required
Strong technical skills with the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Assist with conducting financial analysis and market data research and providing recommendations to the client
Provide administrative and technical support to the Financial Management Services team on a variety of functions
Network with peers and team members at all levels
Participate in team building exercises and community outreach activities
Participate in continuous learning and leadership development workshops
Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for efficiencies
