Requirements

  • Previous experience in the belting, conveyor, or material handling industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven success in sales leadership, business development, and team management
  • Strong experience developing and executing sales strategies
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive, accountability, and the ability to lead with urgency

Responsibilities

  • Establishing the branch’s commercial and growth strategy, driving revenue and EBITDA performance
  • Building, leading, and developing a high-performing sales team
  • Creating and executing sales plans, goals, and individual performance targets
  • Expanding market presence through new customer development and key account growth
  • Partnering with marketing on lead generation and market entry strategy
  • Coaching, mentoring, and training sales talent to drive long-term success
  • Traveling with Territory Managers to understand customers and expand wallet share
  • Acting as a culture carrier, upholding Belt Power’s values, safety standards, and professionalism
