It's something to own and grow. We’re looking for a highly driven builder to take full responsibility for a new business unit or geographic market inside FlightHub Group. You will create the product roadmap and be responsible for driving its execution. You’ll be given a real business problem, real traffic, real revenue. You will have the autonomy and accountability to figure out what works, build momentum, and scale it. Over time, you’ll build and lead a team of developers and marketers around you.
Requirements
- Strong technical or analytical foundation (SQL, Python, engineering, or similar)
- Action-oriented ownership mindset
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Hunger to build and drive real results

Responsibilities
- Full ownership of a business unit’s performance: growth, revenue, profitability
- Strategy, roadmap, and execution: from idea to impact
- Identifying new opportunities: markets, products, partnerships, pricing models
- Designing experiments, testing aggressively, scaling what works, killing what doesn’t
- Working hands-on with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Ops to move fast
- Translating business objectives into clear technical and product requirements
- Building and leading a team as the business grows
