About The Position

The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Government Services International Finance Team is seeking an Experienced or Senior Business Unit Integrator to join them in Hazelwood, Missouri. This position is hybrid and has the expectation of being in the office 3 days per week. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future. In this role, you will join a diverse and growing global-facing team that supports modernization and sustainment contracts for an expanding international customer portfolio across multiple Boeing platforms (F-15, F-18, P-8). Primary responsibilities will include leading large new program baselines, Estimates at Complete (EACs), Long-Range Business Planning and forecasting (LRBP), and customer facing financial reporting. The selected candidates will work cross-functionally to become trusted partners to the program management, supply chain, and operational teams to ensure program success.

Requirements

  • Currently have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 1+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)
  • 1+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
  • Experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
  • Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
  • To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel; including handling and analyzing large datasets
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Experience in supporting or leading estimates at complete (EAC’s)
  • Ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance audiences

Responsibilities

  • Takes overall Responsibility, Accountability, and Authority (RAA) for Estimates at Complete, including robust opportunity and risk development
  • Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends.
  • Establishes strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and peers
  • Assists program managers in driving successful contract execution through budget management and other ad-hoc finance support
  • Develops the annual (LRBP), monthly financial forecasting, and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) customer reporting
  • Provides financial guidance and leadership to new business campaigns and sole source pursuits
