Discover how transformative growth accelerates impact. Operations & Middle Office is one of the firm’s largest departments and plays a critical role across the post-trade lifecycle. Within this environment, the Business Unit Control team provides independent oversight, control, and analysis across key business activities. Aligned closely with Treasury, the team supports a function responsible for equity financing, liquidity management, cash and collateral management, and counterparty risk. Together, these teams help drive a controlled, data-driven operating model centered on transparency, risk awareness, and informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Middle Office, Product Control, Treasury support, Portfolio Finance, or P&L and business analytics
  • Strong experience with T+1 P&L, P&L explain, attribution, reconciliations, and management reporting
  • Experience supporting or partnering closely with Treasury, trading desks, or financing functions
  • Strong analytical understanding of capital, liquidity, funding, and balance sheet usage
  • Proven ability to translate complex trading activity and financing dynamics into clear reporting and business analysis
  • Experience preparing high-quality materials for Senior Management
  • Strong understanding of controls, data quality, and reporting governance
  • Advanced Excel skills required

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Treasury P&L analysis and attribution, including variance commentary across positions and funding activity
  • Build and enhance return reporting to provide deeper, more actionable insights for decision-making
  • Analyze bespoke investments and financing structures to assess their impact on Treasury reporting, returns, and balance sheet usage
  • Develop and maintain reporting and analysis across liquidity, funding capacity, capital usage, and encumbered versus unencumbered balances
  • Partner with Treasury and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate the impact of new strategies, products, trade structures, and financing policy changes
  • Own senior management reporting across capital, P&L, returns, benchmarks, and liquidity, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Drive projects and process improvements across automation, dashboarding, data alignment, and scalable Treasury support tools
