Business Transformation & Strategy Graduate Program
About The Position
Join RWE Supply & Trading for a two-year graduate program focused on strategy, transformation, and international exposure. This program offers four six-month rotations across various business functions, starting with a rotation in the United States (Chicago). Participants have the option to complete rotations in Singapore, Germany, the UK, or other RWE locations. The program aims to help participants expand into new markets and locations, providing exposure to commercial, strategic, and operational activities that support the energy transition. Daily tasks and project involvement will cover areas such as Project Management, Strategy, Business Transformation, Risk Management, New Business Partnerships, Commercial Operations, and Back Office. The program emphasizes the responsible use of digital technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance productivity, support decision-making, foster innovation, and improve work processes in line with RWE policies. Graduates will be welcomed as equals, with their perspectives valued and trusted to deliver meaningful work, developing the skills and knowledge needed to become industry experts.
Requirements
- A strong degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD) in Management, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a similar field.
- Strong interest in the energy industry and a readiness to explore markets and business.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- A collaborative mindset with a curious approach.
- Motivation to take on new challenges, whether independently or as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Enthusiasm and drive to build skillset and pursue development opportunities.
- Flexibility and mobility to travel to multiple locations.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, automation technologies or AI-enabled productivity tools.
