Requirements

  • 5 years related work experience.
  • 1 year of business transformation and or change management experience.
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Project Management background
  • Proficient in the Multi-Media space (Videos, Marketing materials, Branding etc...)
  • Experience with a large organization change management process workflow's.

Nice To Haves

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, and monitors master change and communication plans.
  • Contributes expertise and leads a business engagement plan, including ways of assessing readiness and feedback.
  • Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior change management experiences.
  • Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy.
  • Communicates business transformation and change management status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships.
  • Proactively fosters communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
  • Provides oversight across communications and change management activities identifying possible integration opportunities.
  • Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
