About The Position

Ergon Inc. seeks a full-time Change Management Specialist to join our team. The Change Management Specialist will lead efforts to drive successful organizational transitions by managing projects, analyzing stakeholders, and developing effective communication strategies. This role involves creating engagement initiatives, establishing feedback mechanisms such as change readiness surveys, and building a strong change network to support adoption. The specialist will enhance overall readiness and alignment with business objectives by ensuring seamless implementation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
1-5 years of experience in organizational change management, project management, or related field
Strong understanding of and experience in applying project management principles
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Certification in change management preferred (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute change management activities to support successful business transformation
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure they are properly prepared and equipped for change
Conduct change impact assessments to identify key changes and develop mitigation strategies
Lead cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives
Support communication and training activities to ensure change is understood and adopted by employees
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for improvement
