About The Position

CAS is currently seeking a Business Technology Intern for Summer 2027. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Our Summer Intern Program aims to foster a high level of engagement and learning for participants through in-depth immersion into our working environment with our professional teams. Participants will benefit from exposure to a variety of state-of-the-art software technologies and practices, while also expanding their professional network with CAS staff and fellow interns. These connections offer valuable insights into potential career opportunities. The Internship will run from May 17th, 2027, to August 6th, 2027.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in the Information Technology field or a related discipline (like Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Computer Engineering) or a Business-related degree with some data or programming experience
• Strong communication skills, teaming skills, leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in agile software development environment, collaboratively and independently as applicable
• Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Some experience with ANY of the following is preferred: Business Process Flows/Requirements, Software Solution Design/Implementation (e.g., Salesforce (or any CRM platform), SAP ECC (or any ERP platform), Claude Code), Software Testing, Data Modeling/Profiling/Integration

Responsibilities

• Engage in prioritized solution investigations, functional implementations, and business data initiatives across the Salesforce and SAP ECC ecosystems, partnering with cross-functional business and technology colleagues.
• Create and enhance software solutions to facilitate Marketing, Sales, Customer Account Management, Financial Processing, and Customer Experience/Support operations across the CAS portfolio of product and service offerings.
• Connect across the organization through the Summer Intern Program to build influential working relationships, preparing your career for tomorrow.
• Stay abreast of the latest technology trends through individual and team training opportunities.
