About The Position

This role involves setting the IT vision and strategy, translating it into an actionable roadmap aligned with business goals. The manager will direct the planning and execution of ERP and business application initiatives, ensuring alignment between infrastructure and business applications for optimal performance, scalability, and continuity. The position oversees technology programs end-to-end, partnering with senior stakeholders to meet business priorities, and proactively addresses future technology risks. Key responsibilities include ensuring the reliability of network, infrastructure, and data services, owning the company's technology security posture, and advising leadership on emerging technology opportunities. The role also involves owning the IT division's budget, forecasting, resource allocation, building and leading the IT organization (Applications/ERP and Infrastructure), and championing digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
15+ years of progressive IT experience, with a proven track record directing both Applications/ERP and Infrastructure functions at a senior leadership level.
Demonstrated success leading full-cycle ERP or system transformation programs, not just supporting or maintaining them.
Experienced in owning a department-level budget and making prioritization decisions that impact the wider business.

Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Anticipates future technology risks and challenges, and builds mitigation strategies well ahead of impact.
Ensures the reliability and continuous availability of network, infrastructure, and data services.
Owns the company's technology security posture, directing the identification and resolution of vulnerabilities through strategic solutions.
Advises the General Manager and business leadership on emerging technology opportunities and their business case.
Owns the IT division's budget, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Builds and leads the IT organization, Applications/ERP and Infrastructure, developing leadership bench strength and managing performance.
Champions digital transformation across the business, driving initiatives that improve efficiency and customer experience.
