About The Position

The EMSA Business & Technology Coordinator independently analyzes divisional business and technology needs and coordinates solutions across Enrollment Management and Student Affairs. The position supports assigned enterprise applications, investigates complex operational and system issues, leads or coordinates technology-related projects, manages divisional technology assets and access processes, and recommends improvements that strengthen service delivery, compliance, security, and business continuity. The position works under general direction and collaborates with EMSA departments, UTC Information Technology, Procurement, Finance, Facilities, Public Safety, vendors, and other campus partners. The position does not establish university-wide technology strategy or replace the authority of central Information Technology, Procurement, Information Security, system owners, or data stewards. It provides divisional analysis, functional support, coordination, project leadership, and evidence-based recommendations within approved policies and delegated authority.
