About The Position

This is a Business Technology Analyst II - Operations Review Specialist position located in the General Tax Administration Program’s (GTA), Business Technology Office (BTO), Project Management Office (PMO). The incumbent provides requirements management, process improvement, workflow analysis, for large, complex, and enterprise-level projects. The incumbent also plays a critical role in improving project success by ensuring business requirements are clearly identified, documented, traceable, validated, and aligned with organizational objectives; and facilitates standardized business analysis practices, requirements documentation standards, workflow analysis methodologies, and quality assurance traceability procedures within the project framework.

Requirements

Three years of professional experience as an IT business analyst.
Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, or interviews to gather requirements.
Experience documenting business, functional, or technical requirements.

Nice To Haves

Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (IIBA-CBAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) or similar certification.
Experience with requirements traceability tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, HP ALM, or similar).
