About The Position

The Family Enterprise Business Services (FEBS) practice at EY focuses exclusively on advising large, private, multi-generational family-owned business enterprises. These businesses play a vital role in the economy and their communities and, in so doing, are critical to EY's efforts to build a better working world. The FEBS team supports business‑owning families as they seek to grow more valuable companies, avoid disruption, and navigate successful generational transitions. This is achieved by supporting families to build and execute four core strategic competencies critical to long‑term success: Business growth – strategies grow larger, more valuable businesses; Company capitalization – capital strategies to fund growth while maintaining control; Generational transition – governance and transition strategies enable continuity across generations; Shareholder liquidity – approaches to provide liquidity to shareholders while balancing business capital needs. As a member of the FEBS practice, you will support advisory engagements across these areas, working closely with senior team members and business-owning families to translate complex financial, strategic, and governance considerations into clear insights and practical recommendations.
