MSD is looking for a Business Systems Technical Support Specialist to join our team! MSD is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Systems Technical Support Specialist to join our growing IT team. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, networks, and business applications while partnering with users across the organization to solve problems and improve technology adoption. You'll also play an active role in software implementations, process improvement initiatives, and IT projects that directly impact the business. This is more than a traditional helpdesk position. You'll work closely with the CIO, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, system implementations, and business process improvement.
