About The Position

As a Business Systems & Solutions Specialist on the Information Systems team in our New York office, you’ll play a vital role in partnering closely with Sales and Account Management teams to design, build, and implement CRM, automation, and GenAI-powered solutions that improve day-to-day workflows, accelerate productivity, and help the business scale more effectively.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years hands-on experience working inside a CRM or similar business system, including building workflows and automations
• Strong understanding of sales or go-to-market business processes and how systems support them
• Experience implementing GenAI solutions for business users (configuration, applied use cases, or integrations)
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate effectively with a manager based in a different time zone

Nice To Haves

• Light scripting or coding experience (e.g., Python)
• Familiarity with SQL/SOQL

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Business Operations to understand business processes and translate needs into system-based solutions
• Design, configure, and maintain workflows and automations within CRM and related business systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, and process improvements using low-code / no-code tools (drag-and-drop workflows, rules, formulas, etc.)
• Implement and configure GenAI-powered solutions to support business users, such as: AI-driven prospecting or personalization workflows Prompt-based automations and content generation Integrations with GenAI platforms or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, gemini enterprise tools, CRM-native GenAI features)
• Learn and onboard new tools quickly, implementing best practices and adapting solutions as business needs evolve
• Collaborate with global Information Systems and Integration/Development teams on cross-functional initiatives
• Support rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of implemented solutions with business stakeholders
