Inside the Role The Business Systems Specialist is responsible for improving systems and processes that support critical functions across DTFS Credit and Operations. The role focuses on ownership and management of process improvement activities, workflow optimization, and automation solutions. Key responsibilities include leading small projects/initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders and IT, managing vendor relationships, and handling all aspects of problem research, system configuration, functionality enhancements, certification testing, user training, and documentation. In addition to core business analysis responsibilities, this role involves hands-on configuration and maintenance of telephony, IVR/IVA, and AI applications within the Five9 environment. Responsibilities include user provisioning, technical enhancements, and testing of new features and releases. The CCS team supports telephony applications across the Americas region, including Canada and Mexico. Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.
