About The Position

Join our team as an Associate Business Systems Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing Acushnet’s global ERP platform (AGS) and the systems that power Titleist sales and service. In this dynamic role, you’ll help implement new functionality, create and validate program code, analyze business processes and leverage AGS/SAP to drive efficiency across golf ball, custom ball, club, and accessory operations. You’ll design and maintain Cognos reports, collaborate with IT and business partners to test new system features, and develop COM/SCE personalizations and program panels in AGS/SAP to improve user interface enhancements that improve worldwide system performance. You’ll also manage product data—such as item hierarchies and search groups—and provide support to domestic, Canadian, and international sales teams. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Systems, including work with ERP platforms (Infor M3 or SAP preferred)
  • Experience delivering technical training and creating Ad‑Hoc reports, with strong understanding of reporting logic
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Cognos 10 Report Studio/Workspace Advanced
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of ERP principles, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new and emerging software quickly
  • Proven strengths in: Project Management: planning, coordination, communication, timely delivery Innovation: creative thinking, resourcefulness, generating improvements Problem‑Solving: analyzing issues, developing solutions, collaborating effectively Adaptability: managing change, shifting priorities, and unexpected challenges

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in golf, customer service, and/or sales is highly preferred
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and communicate by phone regularly
