Sensiba is seeking a strategic and "hands-on" Senior Business Systems Solutions Lead to serve as a vital link between our corporate technology stack and our firm’s strategic evolution. We are on a journey to simplify our systems and elevate Salesforce from a traditional CRM into a comprehensive CRM+ERP ecosystem, ensuring it serves as the backbone for our firm-wide operations. In this "player-coach" role, reporting directly to the Director of Organizational Systems and Change, you will be the advocate for master data management, system governance, and the solution architecture for how corporate technology is implemented and integrated across the firm. You will ensure that our technical foundations are scalable and aligned with our long-term vision of an outcome-led growth model. The Role Your primary mission is to act as the bridge between various stakeholders to ensure our business operating system is aligned and effective. You will collaborate deeply with the Director of Business Insights to ensure data fluidity, and the RevOps team to ensure they are empowered with a high-performance sales and marketing machine—all while maintaining firm-wide governance. Crucially, you will collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and their team to execute our technical vision, calling on product engineering support for complex "plumbing" and integrations. This is a business-centric role that requires deep technical fluency to manage our cost footprint and ensure our technology investment stays commensurate with our allowable cost per FTE.
