We’re looking for a Business Systems Manager who wants to partner with our Team Leads to drive efficiency across our internal business systems (such as NetSuite, RingCentral, & more), playing a key role in our goal to continuously serve our customers remarkably well each day. Basic Function: As our NetSuite administrator, the Business Systems Manager drives continuous improvement across our business systems. Key responsibilities include partnering closely with team leads to design and implement optimized systems and processes, leading the management of all IT and SaaS-related projects from inception to completion, and streamlining operational workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role serves as the primary champion for process excellence, ensuring our technology ecosystem supports scalable, high-performing operations.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite, including daily administration, troubleshooting, integrations, implementations, customizations, report/dashboard creation, and comprehensive testing to align with business requirements
  • Proven ability to manage data imports, migrations, and system transitions effectively
  • Deep knowledge of key ERP processes, including billing, payments, accounts receivable, general ledger, revenue recognition, financial planning, auditing, and reporting
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities paired with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Skilled at collaborating and liaising across departments and disciplines to build alignment and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Confident in delivering user support, training, and guidance to teams across the organization to maximize system adoption and proficiency
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role focused on system optimization and process improvement
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience administering NetSuite or a comparable ERP platform
  • Full proficiency in core NetSuite components, including custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and the overall NetSuite data model
  • Minimum of 5+ years working closely with department leaders and cross-functional teams to drive system and process enhancements
  • Must be willing to work in-house
  • Must have the ability to safely lift 40 pounds
  • Must have the ability to stand, sit, and/or see a screen for a full work shift
  • Ability to talk or hear to communicate with others via phone, in-person, and/or computer
  • Ability to listen to customers/vendors/colleagues, problem solve, and respond accordingly
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Nice To Haves

  • Extraordinary proficiency with Oracle NetSuite ERP system strongly preferred
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification (or equivalent) is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary NetSuite administrator and subject matter expert, serving as the central point of contact for all platform-related inquiries and support
  • Lead the planning, testing, execution, and ongoing optimization of NetSuite features and enhancements
  • Collaborate closely with end-users and stakeholders to deeply understand business requirements and recommend the most effective solutions
  • Manage daily business systems operations, including system maintenance, user support, request prioritization, and proactive troubleshooting
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom records, scripts, workflows, and third-party integrations
  • Configure and maintain key system elements, such as workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security settings, validation rules, email templates, and custom buttons/links
  • Drive the continuous configuration, development, and evolution of the NetSuite ERP system to align with evolving business needs
  • Build, customize, and maintain reports, dashboards, saved searches, and analytical tools to deliver actionable insights
  • Oversee the timely application and management of NetSuite updates, patches, and third-party application releases to ensure system stability and security
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based partnerships with Team Leads to thoroughly understand core business needs, challenges, and strategic project objectives
  • Champion operational excellence by partnering with Team Leads to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements that boost efficiency, eliminate bottlenecks, and deliver measurable performance gains
  • Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (internal teams and external partners) by aligning systems and processes to enhance partnership quality, responsiveness, and mutual success
  • Oversee end-to-end project management for critical enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, customer support, sales, marketing, and product engineering platforms
  • Maintain a centralized issues and enhancements tracking system, coordinating quality assurance efforts to prioritize, resolve, and document project requirements efficiently
  • Lead organization-wide process documentation initiatives by creating clear, user-friendly standard operating procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with Team Leads and members, ensuring all documentation remains accurate, accessible, and up to date
  • Oversee and nurture strategic relationships with all IT and SaaS vendors and partners to ensure optimal service levels, contract compliance, and value delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact and first-line troubleshooter for IT-related issues, providing timely resolution or escalation as needed
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware, assets, and on-premises devices, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning
  • Submit, track, and resolve support tickets with vendors on behalf of team members, ensuring clear communication and swift issue resolution
  • Lead IT onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing team members, coordinating access provisioning and equipment setup for seamless transitions
  • Serve as a power-user administrator across the organization’s core IT systems and tech stack (e.g., NetSuite, RF-Smart, Intuiflow, RingCentral, Microsoft 365, Jamf, BabyWare, etc.), delivering training, account management, troubleshooting, and usage guidance to team members
  • Partner with Team Leads to conduct regular audits of internal systems, evaluate alternative solutions, and drive the selection and implementation of new technologies to support business growth and efficiency
