About the Role | Business Systems & IT Leadership As a Business Systems Manager, you will ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of enterprise systems. You'll lead a team of Systems Analysts while driving system enhancements, business process automation, and technology solutions that align with organizational goals. You will partner cross-functionally with IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver high-performing, secure, and compliant systems that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in business systems management, systems analysis, applications, or IT operations
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of building and mentoring teams
  • Expertise in core banking platforms (Fiserv DNA preferred), digital banking systems, and loan origination software
  • Strong background in project management, process improvement, and systems integration
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Financial services experience (credit union or banking technology) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Systems Analyst team, driving productivity and professional growth
  • Manage the implementation, integration, configuration, and upgrades of systems
  • Oversee critical platforms including core banking systems (Fiserv DNA), digital banking (Q2), and loan origination systems (MeridianLink)
  • Ensure system performance, uptime, security, compliance, and user experience optimization
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, supporting strategic initiatives and digital transformation
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex system issues and vendor management
  • Drive project management execution, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Maintain system documentation, governance, change management, and configuration standards
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, cybersecurity standards, and audit controls
