About The Position

Join Interfor's IT team and play a key role in supporting and improving the business systems that keep our operations running smoothly. As a Business Systems Integrator, you'll work across applications, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and vendors to solve complex problems, drive automation, and help deliver reliable technology solutions that support teams across the organization.

Requirements

3+ years of experience supporting, configuring, integrating, or administering business applications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical environments.
Experience with application deployments, upgrades, change management, and operational support.
Working knowledge of Windows Server Administration, SQL Server, PowerShell, Azure technologies, or similar enterprise systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain critical business applications, databases, integrations, and related systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate solutions with business teams, IT partners, and vendors.
Lead and support application upgrades, deployments, and system enhancements.
Identify opportunities to streamline work through automation, scripting, and AI-enabled tools.
Help maintain secure, stable, and scalable application environments while balancing operational support and project initiatives.
