About The Position

Great Opportunity for a Hands-On Dev Manager to lead Empyreal Logistics' Business Systems and Development Team! The Technology Department is responsible for the strategy, delivery, and operation of all technology capabilities that support Empyreal Logistics' business objectives. This includes securing company data and systems, maintaining reliable and scalable IT infrastructure, delivering and optimizing business systems, and developing software solutions that enable operational efficiency and growth. The department partners closely with business leaders to ensure technology investments are aligned with organizational priorities, risk is effectively managed, and innovation supports long-term scalability. Business Systems - Oversees the strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise business systems that support operations, finance, logistics, and analytics. Ensures systems are integrated, reliable, and aligned with business processes to drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Development - Leads software development strategy and execution across internal tools, customer-facing platforms, and integrations. Responsible for architecture, engineering standards, delivery timelines, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
