About The Position

As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll drive critical initiatives while working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, exciting environment. You’ll support one or more work streams and multiple business teams. You will lead activities including gathering, analyzing, and documenting stakeholder requirements (developing process maps, wireframes, feature acceptance criteria, and user stories), and collaborate closely with technical teams. You’ll exercise your understanding of work streams and business processes to identify pain points and to help drive the successful implementation of requirements and processes while effectively managing stakeholder expectations. About you You have served in a consulting capacity to evaluate business systems, processes, project execution, and technology–empowering business through robust technology improvements. You can quickly develop an in-depth understanding of business rules and processes to be able to optimize/streamline the workflows. You have strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) and the ability to work within each. You act effectively as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the solutions delivered adhere to the requirements and customer need. You’re comfortable communicating and building relationships with senior executives. About the team The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients' toughest business challenges. You will work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience at a management consulting firm, operating as a business systems or technical analyst; gathering requirements, writing user stories and test cases, and conducting functional testing.
  • Experience supporting Utilities/energy clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale and improve business processes.
  • Experience working and communicating with both information technology and strategic business teams.
  • Proficiency in various PM tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.
  • Undergraduate degree in business or technology.
  • Ability to travel based on client and practice demands.
