The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for preparing well-documented functional specifications, test plans, and test cases for assigned projects. This role involves research and analysis of moderately complex data to ensure the accuracy of functional designs. The analyst will also serve as a mentor to less experienced staff, assisting with application training, research analysis, and project methodology consultation. Additionally, the Business Systems Analyst will act as a functional lead on moderately complex projects, schedule and facilitate project team meetings, and meet with business clients to discuss requested application changes. The role also involves ensuring efficient issue resolution, coordinating post-implementation activities, and adhering to the Company's risk and regulatory standards. Promoting an environment that supports diversity and maintaining internal control standards are also key responsibilities. Other related duties may be assigned.
