Serve as the technical liaison for Retirement Benefits Operations and Technical Operations with programmers, vendors and operations. Collect and analyze data to ensure accurate and effective administration. Write requirements, maintain documentation, perform testing, prepare reporting, and maintain excellent relationships internally and externally in accordance with Company mission, guidelines, client needs and legislative requirements. Position requires access to Personally Identifiable Information and/or Personal Health Information to complete job requirements.
