You’ll be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing and implementing solutions to unlock our sales team. Your knowledge of sales processes will be instrumental in implementing critical systems to unlock our business goals. In this role, you’ll partner closely with RevOps, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to turn real deal friction into durable systems: clearer processes, smarter automation, and a quoting experience that helps the team move faster with confidence. This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
