About The Position

Larson Financial Group, LLC is looking for a tech-savvy, problem solver Business Systems Analyst for Technology and Workflows to optimize and manage our operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology, process improvement, and operational management.

Requirements

  • Proven tech experience in operational management, workflow optimization, or related role.
  • Proficiency in workflow automation tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and DocuSign proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., SMARTSHEET) is a plus.
  • Agile certification and/or experience in similar process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with AI and process implementation
  • Experience in the tech industry or financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and manage workflow automation tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on new processes and technologies.
  • Assist in project management and coordination for operational initiatives.
  • Provide back-up and participate in cross-training for various roles within the Operations team.
