We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Technology Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain to help us run the "business of Technology." This role is pivotal in providing the supply chain acumen, operational reporting, and program administration needed to ensure our Technology department runs efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with high attention to detail, capable of working with Supply Chain, Technology leadership, and other teams to drive our annual planning, manage our portfolio, and deliver predictable, consistent results.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Technology supply chain, technology business management, or a similar operations/analytics role.
  • Proven experience in supply chain planning and operations, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, capacity planning, and variance analysis across operational budgets and capital investments.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with hands-on experience developing and maintaining performance dashboards and KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, fill rate, lead times) to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Experience in project or portfolio administration, including cross-functional coordination, resource planning, and execution tracking within supply chain or operations environments.
  • A true “Get It Done” mindset — self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and driven to remove obstacles and deliver measurable results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field required.

  • Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions

  • Adaptability to typical office conditions, which may include exposure to air conditioning, heating, artificial lighting, and varying noise levels
  • Ability to sit, stand, reach, twist, stretch, and work at a desk for long stretches.
  • Must be able to occasionally move or lift office items up to 25 pounds
  • Hearing must be sufficient or correctable to ensure clear understanding of spoken information, including participating in virtual meetings and phone calls. Use of hearing aids or other assistive devices is acceptable if needed.
  • Ability to read and write in English is essential for processing documents, drafting reports, and following up on necessary actions. Proficiency in written communication is required to handle job-related tasks effectively.
  • Vision must be adequate or correctable to perform essential job duties, such as reading documents on a computer screen and using other visual tools. Use of corrective lenses or other measures to meet visual requirements is expected if needed.

  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and other in office communication tools.

  • Familiarity with vendor and supplier management, including performance monitoring, contract alignment, and relationship management, is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Financial & Operational Stewardship Drive fiscal responsibility and cost transparency across all Supply Chain operations, including logistics, procurement, inventory, and distribution.
  • Align Supply Chain investments with broader business growth, service level, efficiency, and resilience objectives.
  • Partner closely with Finance and Supply Chain leaders on annual planning, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and tracking of operational spend (OpEx vs. CapEx).
  • Analyze and present monthly budget and performance variances to Supply Chain leadership, identifying cost drivers, service impacts, and optimization opportunities.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on value realization, service improvement, risk mitigation, and total cost of ownership (TCO).
  • Deliver measurable business enablement outcomes, including cost reduction, improved forecast accuracy, optimized inventory levels, and strengthened supplier performance.
  • Technology Performance & Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics to track Technology department performance and value."
  • Deliver baseline assessment of current reporting capabilities.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain dashboards that track key Technology performance metrics (e.g., system uptime, help desk SLAs, project delivery)
  • Define target-state maturity levels for key reporting capabilities.
  • Achieve measurable improvement in data accuracy and reporting timeliness for executive review.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Optimize value and mitigate risk from third-party Technology vendors.
  • Assist Technology leadership in managing vendor relationships by tracking key contract renewals.
  • Monitor and report on vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Establish a centralized repository for contracts and vendor performance data.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with key tech vendors.
  • Serve as the primary contact for vendor partners including engagement between partners and stakeholders, escalation of support issues, and collaborating to resolve technical issues.
  • Portfolio & Resource Administration: Provide administrative support for the enterprise portfolio and Technology workforce planning.
  • Facilitate the enterprise portfolio planning process and support ongoing program administration.
  • Track Technology headcount, manage the pipeline of open positions, and analyze resource allocation against portfolio demands.
  • Product Management: Identify opportunities for tech improvements to benefit stakeholder business teams and provide recommendations.
  • Optimize product success across each stage of the product life cycle by identifying under-performing areas and creating plans for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define test plans, conduct user acceptance testing, and gather feedback to refine product features and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Serve as a mentor to evolve the relationships between technology teams & business stakeholder groups, key technology vendors.
  • Works with the cross functional teams to continuously assess progress, disseminate lessons learned, and understand next steps to foster a fail-safe environment for all.
