About The Position

Manages and optimizes Supply Chain and ParEx systems, ensuring accurate data, reliable performance, and efficient workflows. The role partners with cross-functional teams to support item master management, system enhancements, reporting, and user support. Administer Supply Chain systems by maintaining configurations, access, security, and performance; plan and execute upgrades, implementations, and testing; recommend system and workflow improvements; and proactively communicate system changes, downtimes, and enhancements to stakeholders. Lead installation, configuration, maintenance, auditing, and optimization of ParEx stations and data, including item files, bin assignments, par levels, substitutions, and inventory settings, while supporting new unit go-lives, remodels, and workflow changes. Manages and maintains the end-to-end item creation, configuration, and maintenance processes, ensuring all item records are accurate, complete, standardized, and compliant with system and data governance requirements. Serve as the primary steward of item master integrity, ensuring system configuration enables effective purchasing, inventory control, reporting, and decision-making. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, analyze data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities, standardize and document processes, streamline manual work, and provide end-user support, training.
