About The Position

The Supply Chain Analyst collaborates with a cross-department team of colleagues to ensure the operations of the supply chain are carried out accurately and efficiently. Provide both internal and external customers with quality service, timely orders, current account information, smooth transactions, and a positive experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Finance, Business or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge and/or experience in ERP systems.
  • Expert level knowledge of Excel
  • Foundational experience creating dashboards and BI reports
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data related to supply chain core functions to identify trends and drive actions for continual improvement.
  • Develop and implement data strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor internal and external supply chain performance.
  • Review material inventory and develop action plans to improve turns & reduce excess.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in supply chain management to inform decision-making.
  • Develop, communicate, and maintain supply chain dashboard and reports.
  • Work with supply chain teams to develop data sets to determine priorities for improvement.
  • Obtain and compile required system data and prepare spreadsheets and reports on supplier performance, cost savings, and defined activities, as directed.
  • Maintain and monitor master system data including item parameters and supply chain performance.
  • Interface with Finance, Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Material Planning, Sourcing, and Inventory Control, to create actionable data sets & reporting.
  • Advise Procurement and Sourcing of changes in supplier delivery performance, material and source availability and supplier base activity.
  • Participate and contribute to the continued Supply Chain process improvement goals and objectives.
  • Prepare reports, value analysis studies, and perform other procurement duties as assigned.
