As a Business Systems Analyst Sr within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Birmingham, Alabama, San Antonio, Texas, Houston, Texas or within the PNC Footprint. This role will be aligned to the development of commercial card enhancements and client facing technology. Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications. Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes. Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results. Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes. Requirements

  • 2 years of related experience
  • Experience working in banking / financial services is required
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelors

  • Commercial Credit Card experience is preferred, such as Purchasing Card, T&E Card, Virtual Card

Responsibilities

  • Supports engagement with Risk partners and owns creation of change management documentation in support of releases across multiple projects
  • Ensures all initiative and project activities meet Change standards and governance requirements
  • Creates and executes User Acceptance Testing, Business End to End Testing, and Post-Production Business Validation
  • Collaborates with internal and external (vendors/partner) dependent teams
  • Supports creation of turnover documentation, and sales and client-facing materials
  • Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
  • Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes.
