This role will work with business stakeholders on the needs for the Salesforce platform and the proprietary ERP system (IS2). Responsibilities include collaborating to gather system requirements, expectations, functionality and feedback. Additionally, designing scalable solutions based on best practices, testing changes, and supporting implementation to production environments. This Business Analyst should be well-versed in various aspects of stakeholder engagement, including basic user management, support tickets, solution design, implementation, and training. Building a thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform and Envita's IS2 platform, along with knowledge of our current setup and business objectives, is essential for this role.

Requirements

  • High School or Equivalent
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to adapt and deliver solutions
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in managing basic Salesforce administrative responsibilities
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control tools
  • Familiarity with Atlassian and Jira

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ years Salesforce Administration or Business Systems Analyst
  • Understanding of best practices for data governance
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or Salesforce Business Analyst certification Upon Hire
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification within 180 Days Required

Responsibilities

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions for Salesforce and any third-party integrations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to evaluate and implement tools that enhance productivity.
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Participate in Salesforce roadmap planning and strategic alignment with business goals.
  • Handle user support tickets, monitor and improve user adoption, and identify unused or underutilized platform features.
  • Communicate to the business and provide documentation and training on any new features, functionality or updates as needed.
  • Translate business requirements into IS2 or Salesforce solutions, ensuring the best platform is utilized for the need to meet the organizations goals.
  • Write user stories for both IS2 and Salesforce for the development teams, test functionality, provide meaningful feedback, and help with the implementation of new features into production environments.
