About The Position

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst or Product Owner to lead the strategy, enhancement, and day-to-day management of our aec360 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. You’ll act as the bridge between business teams and system capabilities—owning priorities, improving workflows, and driving adoption across the firm. This is a hands-on ownership role, not a passive admin position. This position follows a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office. Candidates may be based in the Bay Area or other Degenkolb office locations, including: Los Angeles, Orange, Sacramento, or San Diego, CA; or Seattle, WA.
