We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst for our Learning Management System (LMS) application and help desk team. You will play a critical role in writing application feature specifications, administering the system and handling complex Help Desk tickets. You will work with stakeholders, users, developers and training coordinators to ensure that our LMS is configured to meet new business needs and that bug fixes are made. We are looking for someone who has strong business and functional understanding of Learning Management Systems but also has some comfort level with more technical areas around reporting (some familiarity with SQL preferred), xAPI learning standards and systems integration experience (e.g., APIs, database views, file transfer). The Business Systems Analyst will help maintain and optimize our enterprise LMS, ensuring ongoing system administration, and providing user support through our help desk. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and a passion for supporting organizational learning initiatives. This position offers a hybrid schedule, blending in-person and virtual presence. You will have the flexibility to work from home one or more days per week. This is a Flexible Term appointment 1-2 years in length.
