About The Position

AGE Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst – Lead to join their team in support of a DoD customer located in Philadelphia, PA. This position serves as a senior technical expert supporting the full lifecycle of information technology applications and infrastructure. The role is responsible for documenting current operational processes, assessing them against established best practices, and developing actionable plans to advance organizational maturity. In this role, you will provide high level analytical support, evaluate the business impact of technology solutions, and contribute to strategic planning and decision making. As a key member of the technical advisory team, this position ensures that systems, processes, and improvements align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable value.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of relevant experience
• Experience leading or supervising a team of specialists in developing, managing, maintaining, and evaluating current state-of-the-art computer hardware, software, and software development tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Must possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (current DoD Secret clearance).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current business processes, systems, and operational workflows.
• Evaluate existing operations against best practices and develop improvement plans and milestones.
• Lead requirements gathering and translating business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Provide expert guidance on the business impact of new or existing technologies.
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain accurate process and system documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, reviews, and working sessions.
• Assess the impact of proposed system or process changes.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure quality of analytical deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support successful project execution.
