About The Position

The Internship will be dedicated to developing and implementing Global Processes within the Global Materials Organization including supplier collaboration, oracle planning cloud and global reporting system governing. It will also include identifying operational bottlenecks, lead time variances, or process hand-off gaps from forecasting to receiving. The intern will help draft, update, and standardize global SOPs and training documentation for MSI Supply Chain. They must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and participate in and lead continuous improvement projects. This role requires strong analytical skills and a strong orientation to leadership, teamwork, and positive communication; a flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual, able to motivate him/herself and others.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
• Graduation date not later than Dec.2029.
• Excellent digital project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong orientation to leadership, teamwork, and positive communication.
• A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual, able to motivate him/herself and others.

Nice To Haves

• Basic AI Literacy: Familiarity with Generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) and practical experience with prompt engineering techniques.
• Data Tools: Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), SQL, or advanced AI capabilities in Excel/Power BI and Google Gemini.
• Systems Mindset: Strong curiosity regarding how AI, machine learning, and automation intersect with enterprise ERP environments and business process management.
• ERP/MRP (Oracle, SAP, etc) experience is preferred.
