Team Overview: The Associate Enablement portfolio is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Performance/DEI/Talent Acquisition Portfolio team. This role will contribute to a team that enables and owns Performance Management technology along with various systems and processes tied to Assisted Technologies for associates with disabilities. The position has a broad scope of responsibility and requires an understanding of one or more complex systems, vendor and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to make effective decisions that have substantial risk and/or legal, regulatory, or financial implications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and implementing functional systems and data in a structure process, including:
  • Previous experience with Agile and/or Product Management concepts (such as user story writing, Agile events, and backlog refinement)
  • Troubleshooting skills to investigate, resolve, and escalate problems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to provide working system prototypes and scenario modeling.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with workflow management tools
  • Previous experience with Performance Management technologies
  • Previous experience with assisted technologies and directly working with end users to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Liaison between technology team members and key stakeholders to maintain, enhance, or integrate firm systems and data by proactively identifying cross-divisional opportunities or serving on a formal project team in support of new systems and data.
  • Supports multiple highly complex business processes and serves as a functional leader.
  • Be the Voice of the Client: Provide a deep understanding of the end-user, client experience, and product capabilities to the product team when defining and delivering user value and firm outcomes.
  • Create, maintain, and review business process models, data flows, prototypes, business requirements, use cases, and test cases.
  • Refinement of Features and User Stories of moderate to high complexity through collaboration between product owner, product team, and business stakeholders
  • Execute and present written and verbal business systems impact analysis resulting in the identification of new systems and data.
