About The Position

The Business Analyst I supports DWM technology projects by turning business needs into clear, well-documented requirements and keeping project records accurate inside the PMO’s governance framework. This is a developing professional level. Incumbents carry out standard business analysis assignments with guidance and review, and build toward independent work at the Business Analyst II level. The role is documentation-, governance- and coordination-centered: most of the work is requirements, process documentation, meeting records, testing and project tracking, not stand-alone data analysis. The Business Analyst I works within OAIM/PMO’s established standards, templates and tools, including Monday.com for work management and Microsoft Teams/SharePoint for artifact storage. Consistent use of these standards is a core expectation of the role, not a preference.
