About The Position

Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider making data faster and safer, is seeking to hire an exceptional Business Systems Analyst - Finance & Operations to join our IT Business Transformation team in San Jose, CA. In this role, you will be working with some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world developing products that make data faster and safer. As a Business Systems Analyst - Finance & Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving transformation through business process analysis, ERP modernization, enterprise applications, reporting, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. In this full-time role, you’ll report directly to our Director, IT Business Transformation. Our Business Transformation team is dedicated to enabling scalable business processes, modern platforms, data-driven decision-making, and responsible AI automation across Rambus. Your contributions will be instrumental in supporting ERP modernization, process optimization, business readiness, and enterprise application and AI initiatives. Rambus offers a flexible work environment, embracing a hybrid approach for most office-based roles. Employees are encouraged to spend an average of at least three days per week onsite, allowing for two days of remote work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Finance and/or Supply Chain processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, planning, procurement, inventory, or logistics.
  • Experience with Cloud ERP, ERP modernization, data conversion, integrations, UAT, change management, or stabilization.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, facilitation, documentation, testing, stakeholder follow-through, and business readiness.
  • Ability to explain business, process, data, automation, and AI-related needs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools, copilots, agents, intelligent document processing, enterprise search, or responsible AI practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, high-tech, fabless or global enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft power platform ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to understand business needs, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for ERP, reporting, integrations, data, automation, and AI-supported solutions.
  • Support ERP transformation activities including process analysis, data readiness, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Work with application, data, reporting, and integration teams to align solution design, dependencies, controls, and success measures.
  • Identify ways to simplify, standardize, automate, and responsibly apply AI where it improves productivity, decision support, or user experience.
