As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Cleveland, OH, Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Systems Analyst with a strong understanding of Agile principles to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex business systems, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Experience with user story creation, backlog management, and the ability to facilitate collaboration within a cross-functional team, while leading the analysis and translation of business needs into technical requirements within an iterative development process.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Systems Analyst with proven ability to lead complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements.
  • Expertise in system analysis methodologies, indicating data modeling, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
